Consulta para venda a destino final de óleos lubrificantes usados

A Sogilub, sociedade constituída ao abrigo do Decreto-lei 153/2003, de 11 de Julho, responsável, em Portugal, pela gestão da rede de recolha, transporte, armazenamento e valorização de óleos lubrificantes usados, encontra-se a consultar o mercado com o intuito de proceder à  venda de óleos lubrificantes usados gerados em Portugal durante o primeiro trimestre de 2012, tendo como destino a Regeneração, e a Reciclagem e Valorização Energética.

Os adquirentes a seleccionar deverão possuir as habilitações legais e os requisitos exigidos pelo Estado ou País onde se encontrem as suas instalações para as operações de gestão de óleos usados associados às suas actividades.

Toda a documentação relativa ao procedimento de consulta ao mercado, incluindo os documentos necessários à apresentação de proposta pelos potenciais interessados, está disponível aqui para download .

Conforme consta da supra referida documentação, as propostas deverão ser submetidas até às 17 horas do dia 14 de Dezembro de 2011, sendo os resultados anunciados até 21 de Dezembro de 2011.

 

Consultation to sell used lubricant oils to final destination

 
Sogilub, a firm incorporated under the terms of Decree-Law no. 153/2003, of July 11th, responsible for the management of the network of collection, transportation, storage and recovery of used lubricating oils in Portugal, is conducting a market consultation in order to proceed with the sale of used lubricating oils generated in Portugal during the first trimester of 2012, with the view to the Regeneration, Recycling and Energy Recovery.

The selected purchasers must have the legal qualifications and the requirements stipulated by the State or Country in which their headquarters are located for the operations of management of used oils related to their activities.

All the documentation regarding the market consultation procedure, including the documents required to submit a proposal, are available here to download .

As stated in the aforementioned documentation, all the proposals must be submitted until December 14th 2011, no later than 5 PM. The results will be disclosed until December 21st 2011.
